Description: Ninety Three luxury apartments ranging from 600 foot studios to three thousand five hundred feet with four levels and a roof top deck.
Amenities: A state-of-art cable TV system and controlled access system is also included in the project. One hundred thirty parking spaces are also provided for resident and guest parking. Nearby amenities include the Biltmore House, Americas largest privately owned residence, and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Other: The project included the sale of over 2.2 million dollars of tax credits to a major regional bank.
